The customer support for this cold plunge has been outstanding. I've contacted them three or four times when I ran into difficulties, and every time they were thorough, clear, extremely helpful, personable, and very quick to respond—resolving all of my issues within an hour. As for the plunge tub itself, once I secured the latches it became absolutely perfect. It is far superior to the cheap inflatable options out there. The filters work great, and I can usually get the entire tub down to my preferred temperature within an hour. The size and build quality of the tub are fantastic. I'm absolutely thrilled with my purchase. I'd recommend it to anyone—this cold plunge is amazing and I'm so glad I chose it over the unnecessarily overpriced alternatives.

To start off, when our order was delivered, not 15min later Tom emailed to make sure everything arrived correctly. We had a brief chat and since then he has followed up to make sure we didn't have any questions and were happy with our purchase. We can 100% say that we are perfectly satisfied. This tub is the perfect size, insulated, durable, preplumbed for the chiller, & comfortable. The chiller has impressed us also. It's nice to have a single unit that actually works like it's supposed to. The ozone is a nice feature to help sanitize! Overall we have no regrets with this purchase and would recommend it to any of our friends looking to purchase a cold plunge and chiller.

I really enjoy this cold plunge tub! As someone who is 6'3", I can easily dunk my head and fit comfortably—well, as comfortably as you can in freezing water! The build quality is excellent, and it holds temperature incredibly well. I have it connected to a chiller, and thanks to the great insulation, the chiller barely has to run to maintain the temperature. The only issue I encountered was with the plastic fittings that came with the tub. Both the shut-off valve and the threaded connector broke on me, but after upgrading them with higher-quality replacements, everything has been working flawlessly. That said, this is a fantastic cold plunge, and I'd absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a durable, well-insulated option!

Ok, I've put together a cold plunge with a Frozin 400 tub and an active aqua 1/4 hp chiller. Along with filters and pipes, etc., the whole build cost $1950.00. I'd been using a cheap ($35 inflatable) tub from amazon. I made ice in our chest freezer. In the winter, when tap water was 50°, I could add the ice I made and get it to 46° or 45°. But once it warmed up out and the water temp went into the mid-sixties, I couldn't keep up, ice-wise. I started looking into insulated tubs. This was when I discovered that cold plunges must be a pretty high-profit business. How much could a human-sized cooler cost, anyway? $500? Yeah, "LOL." So, so much more. So I was closing in on the Ice Barrel 500, when I came across the Frozin 400. It's a 100-gallon cooler-shaped tub, with a lid that sits on top, has no hinges, and can be held down by included clips if you choose to install them. So far I love this thing. Before I had a chiller set up I added water to it and put in ice to get it to 50 degrees. The next day the temp had only risen to 51. It really is insulated. I don't know why you'd pay more, this tub is great.

Hey! I got this a few weeks ago and I love it! The fittings are very easy to use! The tub stays cold and is super super nice! I highly recommend if you're looking for a plunge! Definitely a great way to go!
